Bedrock buys Buhl Building in Detroit's financial district – WXYZ

DETROIT (WXYZ) - Dan Gilbert can declare to a different constructing dotting Detroit’s skyline.

The billionaire’s actual property agency Bedrock has bought the Buhl Building at 535 Griswold Road for an undisclosed quantity.

Bedrock bought the 27-story constructing and adjoining parking storage in town’s financial district. The car parking zone has 625 areas.

The 390,000 sq. foot constructing Buhl constructing was designed by Wirt. C Rowland in the Romanesque and Neo-Gothic model in 1925. The L-formed foyer wraps round from Griswold to Congress and options vaulted ceilings, marble flooring, wainscoting and 12 bronze elevator doorways.
